LOCAL CATCHES
Local catches for this weekend are gorgeous Wild Redfish, Speckled Trout and Flounder. All were caught yesterday right off the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Sautee, Stuffed, Grilled or Blackend these beauties will have your customers coming back for more!
FARM RAISED REDFISH
This signature fish was harvested yesterday at Gulf States Aquaculture in Palacios, Texas. Their farm is the only farm in Palacios that is actually seaside for direct access to the Fresh Gulf Waters. So fresh, I think they were still moving when they arrived!
